Halibut Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. halibut steaks
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Flour and season halibut; brown in oil.
    Place in a single layer in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with green onions. Combine the sour cream and Parmesan cheese; spread over fish and onions.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Makes 6 servings.
