Pork Strips With Szechwan Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless pork, cut in 1 1/2-inch strips
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1 green pepper, cored, seeded and cut in strips
    1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
    4 green onions (including tops), thinly sliced
Preparation
    Mix pork, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, egg, cornstarch and sherry in bowl; set aside.
    Mix remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce and vinegar; set aside.
