Ingredients

1 whole pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.)
4 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine all your ingredients.
Be sure to mix thoroughly.
Coat tenderloin with mixture.
Roast at 375\u00b0 until meat thermometer registers 160\u00b0.
Slice thinly to serve. Serves 4.
