Beef Stroganoff(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cut up beef
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. onion, sliced
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. noodles
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. green pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 can beef broth
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute beef round in vegetable oil, about 4 minutes.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Saute 3 minutes more.
    Boil water and cook noodles.
    Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, green pepper, mustard, milk, cooking sherry and beef broth. Add to beef.
    Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over noodles.
