Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1 small onion, chopped
    cheese (1 c. Parmesan or 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    a little melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Slice yellow squash. Boil 10 minutes in water with a little salt added. Drain thoroughly. Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, eggs, onion and cheese. Add squash to the mixture and mix gently. Put in casserole.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with a little melted butter or oleo.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
