Sweet 'N Sour Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 thick chops
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops (both sides) in skillet.
    Season to taste.
    Drain any excess fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients; stir.
    Pour over chops; cover.
    Simmer in skillet 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Remove chops.
    Boil sauce and pour over chops which were removed to serving platter.
