New Orleans Bread Pudding With Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sweet milk
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 loaf French bread
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Soak bread in milk and crush until well mixed. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and raisins.
Stir well.
Pour melted oleo into bottom of baking pan or casserole.
Add other ingredients.
Bake until firm.
