Clyde Jr. Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation

Drain corn; set aside.
Sift together the salt and baking powder.
Blend milk and egg; gradually add to the dry ingredients. Stir in the corn; mix well.
