Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, separated
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg yolks. Add vanilla and 1/2 of the sugar. Beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar. Beat until stiff. Fold egg mixture into whites. Fold flour, salt and remaining sugar into mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes in tube pan.
