Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix hamburger, egg, salt and pepper.
Make into patties.
In a frying pan heat 3 tablespoons oil and brown patties on both sides. In a greased baking dish, place patties, to this add milk and cream of mushroom soup (thoroughly mixed).
Sprinkle top with pepper.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
