Avocado Filled With Shrimp And Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 avocados
lemon juice
2 c. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
2/3 c. thinly sliced celery
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion salt
dash of salt
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Peel avocados and halve lengthwise.
Remove pits.
Rub with lemon juice to preserve color.
Cut shrimp into 1/4-inch pieces. Toss with celery and pineapple.
Blend in sour cream, onion salt and salt.
Pile salad mixture into avocados; sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon Swiss cheese.
Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
Serves 4.
