"No Peek" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    parsley flakes
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    6 large chicken breasts, or other *
Preparation
    Mix rice, mushroom soup, parsley flakes and water together. Pour in well buttered casserole dish or pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Lay chicken on top.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
    Seal tightly in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/4 hours.
    No peek!!
