Chinese Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon
2 c. cabbage, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. carrots, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
-
Use pan with tight fitting lid.
Cut up and cook bacon until limp in pan.
Add remaining ingredients and steam 15 minutes over medium heat.
Do not add liquid.
No need to stir.
Leave lid on the entire 15 minutes.
