Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 well-beaten eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and butter a casserole.
Cut or break bread into small pieces into baking dish.
Beat until fluffy the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Pour over bread. Place casserole in shallow pan of water and bake for 1 hour or until knife test comes out clean.
