Green Bean Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Preparation
    Cook bacon and crumble.
    Use 1 tablespoon bacon drippings to saute onion.
    Blend in cornstarch, salt and mustard.
    Drain beans. Reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
    Stir liquid into skillet.
    Cook stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in sugar and vinegar. Add beans; heat until bubbly hot.
    Sprinkle with bacon and egg.
