Two Toned Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling hot water
    1/2 c. pear juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 small pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. canned pears, diced
Preparation
    Mix lime jello with boiling hot water.\tAdd pear juice, salt and
    vinegar.
    Put\tthe
    mixture in bottom of each mold, saving half in the refrigerator until set enough to whip with ginger
    and cream cheese.
    Fold in pears and pour into molds. Refrigerate.
