Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 medium can drained, crushed pineapple
1 egg, separated
1 small pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolk, 1 tablespoon heavy cream, pineapple, chopped nuts and vanilla.
Add beaten egg white; set aside.
