Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 bell pepper
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    5 to 10 corn tortillas (depends on size)
    2 (12 oz.) jars salsa
    cheese (Monterey Jack, Cheddar and Mozzarella, about 10 oz. block each), grated
Preparation
    Cut chicken in cubes. Put in large skillet with butter. Cook until chicken turns white. Add pepper and garlic. Heat 3 to 4 minutes until all is hot. Add salsa; remove from fire. Tear tortillas into pieces. Layer in 9 x 13 baking dish with chicken mixture and cheese. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
