Springtime Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. half and half milk
    1 pastry shell
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Toss cheese, spinach and flour together.
    Spread in pie shell. Mix milk and eggs, salt and nutmeg.
    Pour over spinach.
    Fluff to mix.
    Break cooked bacon on top.
    Sprinkle a little more nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until egg is cooked.
