Roast Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 3 lb. roast
5 potatoes
8 carrots, chopped
2 large onions
1 bell pepper

Preparation

Place in baking dish.
Season to taste.
Cook until meat is done, about 1 1/2 hours.
