Apple Kueshen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker cake mix (yellow)
    1/2 c. butter (soft)
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 large cooking apples, thinly sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cake mix (dry), butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
    Reserve 2/3 cup of crumbly mixture.
    Press remaining crumbly mixture in bottom of an ungreased rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Arrange apple slices on mixture in pan.
    Beat sour cream and egg until blended; spread over apples.
    Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until topping is light brown.
    Cool.
    Serves 16.
