Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (use 1 c. for inside of ball, the remaining is used to cover the outside of ball)
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Mix all together (use only 1 cup of nuts).
Shape into ball. Roll in remaining cup of nuts. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
