Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. light cream
Preparation
    Melt butter, add mushrooms; sprinkle with flour, toss.
    Cook over medium heat; stirring for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, slowly stir in cream.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Season to taste.
