Broccoli Casserole 3 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) bag mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots)
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Thaw veggies first or boil for 5 minutes.
    Combine all veggies in an 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt Velveeta with 1/2 stick butter until smooth (can use microwave).
    Pour over veggies evenly.
