Pumpkin Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can pumpkin
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream
    the
    sugar and shortening.
    Add egg and pumpkin. Sift all dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Add raisins and nuts. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
