Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. American cheese, grated
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine
    21 saltine crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and place in a slightly buttered casserole. Melt the stick of margarine (can use microwave) and add the crumbled crackers. Mix together and sprinkle over top of the vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
