Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Stouffer spinach souffle, defrosted
    2 eggs, beaten lightly
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
    3/4 c. cooked, crumbled Italian sausage
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    In medium size bowl, combine spinach, eggs, milk, onion, mushrooms, sausage and grated cheese.
    Pour mixture in pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
