Snow Pudding With Custard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix as for jello and let stand until it begins to set.
    Beat whites of 3 eggs until stiff.
    Then beat into gelatin.
    Chill.
