Latkes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, peeled and grated
1 onion, peeled and grated
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
salt
pepper
oil
Preparation

Mix ingredients together except oil.
In skillet, fill with 1/4 inch oil and heat.
Drop potato mixture 1 tablespoon at a time into oil and flatten with spatula.
Fry Latkes for 2 minutes.
Turn over and fry until brown.
Serve while warm.
