Easy, Cheesy Asparagus Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) tender green asparagus (cut spears)
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 egg white, beaten until stiff
Preparation

Drain asparagus, reserving a few pieces for garnish, if desired, and place in shallow 1-quart baking dish with red pepper.
