Banana Pecan Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 ripe bananas, mashed (1 1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. whole milk
    1/2 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. toasted pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment or waxed paper.
    Sift together 2 1/2 cups flour and baking soda; set aside.
    In a small bowl, combine bananas, milk, honey and vanilla; set aside.
