Moist Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 (3 lb.) can shortening (vegetable)
    3 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly salt, vegetable shortening and flour until forms tiny beads throughout.
    Add water.
    Mix well.
    Divide into portions (appropriate amounts for 1 pie crust).
    Wrap each portion in plastic wrap first, then in foil.
    Freeze until ready to use.
    Can be kept 3 to 4 months in freezer if wrapped well.
