Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small red or white onion
    1 or 2 cans cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 very small bell pepper
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    spices (oregano, thyme, sage, salt and pepper)
Preparation
    Brown beef in large soup pot.
    Add chopped onion to your satisfaction.
    Stir continually.
    Add 1 can of cream soup and mix, don't boil!
    Add chopped bell pepper (1/4 cup).
    Add pinch of salt, pepper, sage, thyme and oregano.
    Add cheeses to your satisfaction.
    Don't let sit; always stir.
    If too thick, add small amount of water to thin.
