Baked Tomato Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up and drained, or 1 c. salsa or some of each
Preparation

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup and milk.
Stir until smooth.
Add cheese and tomatoes. Stir constantly until cheese melts.
Combine with macaroni and mix well.
Pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
