Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil or shortening
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil together.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda together; add to sugar mixture.
Add vanilla, apples, raisins and nuts.
Bake in Bundt pan for 50 to 60 minutes.
Spray pan with Pam.
