Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) box uncooked lasagne
    4 c. (2 lb.) cottage cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
    Cook lasagne, but not until soft, in 6 quarts of water for about 12 to 15 minutes.
    Separate lasagne out flat on wax paper or aluminum foil to cool.
    Combine cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.
    Pour about 1/2 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Arrange 4 pieces of lasagne lengthwise over sauce, overlapping the edges.
    Spread 1/3 of the cheese filling over lasagne.
    Cover with about 1 cup meat sauce.
