Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. diced pimento
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
3 boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

Mix flour with small amount of milk to make a thick paste.
Mix together broth, milk and soup.
Heat and stir in paste.
Cook on medium heat, stirring often, until thick.
Add pimento, chicken and eggs.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over crisp chow mein noodles.
