Crab Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
dash of garlic
6 oz. chili sauce
7 1/2 oz. flaked crab
parsley
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and garlic.
Spread on 16-inch diameter plate (small pizza pan or use 10-inch pie plate for thicker).
Cover with chili sauce and flaked crab.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with crackers.
(Can also use can of shrimp or tuna for topping.)
