Sugar Plums - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. pitted prunes
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
    1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    1/2 c. ground pecans
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    With knife, process in food processor the prunes, dates and apricots.
    Chop for 1 minute or until finely chopped.
    Transfer to large bowl.
    Add pecans, graham cracker crumbs and rinds.
    Mix well.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Shape into 3/4-inch balls and roll in sugar.
    Cover and chill 1 hour.
    Makes about 5 1/2 dozen.
