Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
pepper
16 oz. frozen broccoli and carrot mixture
1 small onion, cut into rings
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut the chicken into small pieces.
In large skillet or wok heat oil; stir-fry the chicken 1 minute.
In small bowl combine ginger, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic powder and pepper.
Pour over chicken.
Cook 2 minutes.
Stir in frozen vegetables and onion; cover.
Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring once.
In small bowl combine flour and water until smooth; gradually add to chicken mixture.
Stir until smooth and thickened.
Serve over rice.
