Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 can tomato soup or cream of mushroom
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix together the meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
    Shape into walnut size balls.
    Place in skillet.
    Mix together the soup and water; pour over meatballs.
    Cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes.
