Cheddar Pig Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    pinch of salt
    pinch of ground hot red pepper
Preparation
    Cut butter in pieces.
    Combine with cheese in food processor. Add flour, salt and red pepper.
    Pulse processor to form dough. Shape into flattened ball; wrap in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate 15 minutes.
