Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. whole milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons of sugar to add to beaten egg whites.
    Warm the milk, having just tepid.
    Mix flour with dry sugar.
    Beat egg yolks, add sugar and flour.
    Add melted butter, then milk and flavorings.
    Beat egg whites stiff; add reserved sugar as making meringue.
    Fold into the mixture.
    Pour in partly baked pie shell (deep shell).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
