Scotch Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl, mixing well.
    In a saucepan, put margarine, shortening, cocoa and water and bring to a rapid boil and then pour over flour and sugar, mixing gradually. Put soda in buttermilk and add with other ingredients.
    Mix and turn into a greased and floured pan, about 11 x 16-inches.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
