Cheddar Vegetable Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. mixed frozen vegetables
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Chop onion.
    In large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cover and cook until tender.
    Add vegetables, marjoram, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
    Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
