Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. hot tap water
    approximately 4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening in hot water.
    Add sugar, yeast, egg and enough flour to make rolls.
    Pinch off and make small rolls. Place in warm area and cover.
    Let rise approximately 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
