Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cubes vegetable bouillon
6 c. boiling water
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 box frozen vegetables
1 box green beans or fresh
1 onion, chopped
2 small zucchini
2 small yellow squash
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. dill
Preparation

Add oil to pot with garlic and onions and saute on medium heat.
(If fresh beans are used, saute with onions and garlic.) Add boiling water and bouillon, then frozen vegetables.
Add zucchini and squash last.
Let simmer for 10 minutes and serve. Serves 6.
