Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    In small bowl, mix flour and salt.
    Add shortening and cut into flour until mixture forms pea sized balls.
    Add water and mix with a fork until the dough forms a ball.
    Roll out on a lightly floured board or pastry cloth.
    If rolled very thin, makes enough for 1 (9 or 10-inch) pie shell or an 8-inch two crust pie.
    Line pie pan with rolled out dough and set aside.
