Spicy Meat Balls In Milk Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. hamburger
    1 c. grated raw potato
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    flour
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix together meat, potatoes and seasonings.
    Shape into 16 balls.
    Roll each in flour to cover well.
    Brown slowly in hot margarine in heavy skillet.
    Pour off fat drippings.
    Add water; cover and cook for 1/2 hour slowly.
    Add more water, if necessary to prevent sticking.
    Add milk mixture with 1 tablespoon flour. Cook long enough for gravy to thicken slightly.
    Season to taste. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
