Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. ground turkey
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix well and form into meat balls.
    Bake in oven on broiler pan so grease drips away.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done (cut 1 open to see if center is cooked), about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool and freeze or serve with tomato sauce over rice or noodles.
